The Brandenburg Center for Media Studies (Brandenburgisches Zentrum für Medienwissenschaften, ZeM) is currently in the course of formation as a joint institution of the universities and colleges of Brandenburg. The ZeM aims to stimulate the interconnections in media studies and related disciplines of the region, to increase the visibility of the diverse local activities in media research and teaching, and to develop a distinct profile for Brandenburg as a significant contributor to the field.
The ZeM invites submissions for three doctoral scholarships, beginning October 1, 2015. The doctoral scholarships will run for a maximum of three years. Subject to availability of financing, one more scholarship may be awarded.
